Hotpoint Aquarius VTDOO noisy & squeaky?

Hotpoint Aquarius VTDOO is very noisy and makes high pitched squeakying noises It works well but just makes a lot of noise. Anyone with a quick Fix ??

the fan attached to the motor is rubbing against the casing on the back of the macine normally happens if you overload machine, sometime will run quieter on low heat setting.
