error code F03 on hotpoint WF 860 - what does it mean?

just bought new hotpoint machine ultima wf860 - completed a few loads but now has F03 error code/ please can youadvise?

I have the same problem with a Hotpoint Ultima (bought 4 months ago). Hotpoint are sending someone to repair it.

f03 means ntc open/short circuit contact hotpoint asap

It means you should ring Hotpoint coz its still under warranty
