does anyone know how to do a hard reset on the g3 i have no documentation on the system that tells me how to reset the volatile memory

havent used those panels for some time now give Gardiner security a call(wholesalers) 0208 699 9900 ask for the ade telephone number then call that no. and ask for technical and they should be able to point you in the right direction. Good Luck
