DURABRAND TV IS ZOOMED OUT AND CROPING TOP BOTTOM AND SIDES?

CAN ANY ONE HELP .
I THINK MY SON HAS WENT INTO AN OPERATORS MENU AND CHANGED THE ZOOM AS I HAVE TRY 16:9 ECT WITH NO EFFECT
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OR IT FOR THE BIN AND ITS ONLY 6 MONTHS OLD

It sounds to me like the internal PSU is not producing the full working voltage.
If it is 6 months old then it should be under guarantee. Most probably it is a fault rather than just playing with the menu.
