The W550i is a swivel fone and i need 2 tighten the swivel on it and was wondering if there was ne way if doing so

No. If you've had it less than a year, there should be a warranty with it. Bring it back to where you bought it. I had mine for a few months and it began to loosen, and i thought it would be fine, but it just broke into 2 pieces.
