I have a leak coming from the bottom. the water is off and the machine is unplugged. right now i have a drain pan underneath. its two days now and it is still leaking water. the make of my machine is a whirpool. the leak is more to the front. can you give any ideas as to what could be wrong????

mine leaked about 3 years ago and is now leaking again. The orignal problem: There are plastic clips on the top outside of the tub when viewed from the bottom. These clips had come un-snapped after an absurdly large unbalanced load was left in it. I think the load originally made the clips come off. They just snap back on with a firm push.
