how can i fix the fan in my nissan primera?

how do i fix the fan in a nissan primera- only works on highest setting.

on the passenger side under the dash you will see fan motor tere will be 2 wires and 2 philips screws take it off and pull the pannel down and buy that part from nissan or scrap but not guranteed

I had the same problem with my nissan micra. Easy to fix but cost me £25. Buy a heater blower motor resistor from nissan/datsun main dealer. Simple job to replace.

hi, not sure if its any help but i have a transit which had the same problem with the fan only working on level 3. The problem was the resistor not functioning correctly, maybe its the same thing on a primera?
