How do I remove the door panel on my 1998 Renault Megane Liberte?

The drivers side rear door is stuck shut on my 1998 Renault Megane Liberte. How do I remove the door panel from the inside so that I can attempt to fix it. This car does not have central locking. The child safety lock is on.
