i have also a segmatel mp3-4 player . . like u it was also showing me blu e screen . . than i run a software of it . . which i got from its pack . . install it software and run firmware download than connect ur player with pc and run installasion . . it take 2 minuts only .. . . . u must connect to internet . . have a fun
