I can't get the cassette to play, rewind, ffw or pop out, any suggestions?

First check to see if theres power to the radio. If there is, about the only way to get it out is to use something very flat to manualy push the eject lever thats inside the radio. Usually if you push on the metal deck that the tape sits on and pry up lightly it will release. If not you'll have to remove the radio to get it out hope this helps you
