when over half full a very slight leak occurs could this be the tank or pipes from the tank.What would be the costs involved.The car is a ford mondeo 2.016v zetec it is a S plate

its probly leaking from the fuel filler pipe where it connects to the tank, it will only happen when the tank is more than half full seems that there is a rubber seal in the neck of the tank that seals the fuel filler pipe when its pushed in

the pipe unions on the fuel filter might need looking at the filter is placed in front of the petrol tank right rear tyre you need to jack the car up
