on my nokia 6210 I can not hear anything when I ring somebody, but they can hear me hope you can help

hi brendan..try adjust volume control. if is it still doesn't work -replace speaker.

This is simple .It seems the volume control is turned down.
On the left side of the handset there is a control button to adjust the sound ,just press the top part of button a few times
until sound returns to the level you require
