e3 warning light on?

my dishwasher shows fault e3 on panel to advise water unable to heat up. have had heater checked and this is ok. any ideas what else it could be.it is a smeg dwf614ss

HELLO?it seems we can have the same problem in Belgium.
My dishwasher is having exactly the same problem.
Do you have already fixed it?

Mine has just done the same and the water is quite cool too. Sorry do not know the answer but if you find out can you let me know. Cheers
