Kenmore Elite microwave had error code F3H and wouldn't heat?

Model # 665.61683101 (Whirlpool?). Ran diognostics on keypad which tested good. Now the microwave is working as normal?!?
Is there something about to go bad and if so what?

Unbelievable! We have been living without the sensing features for quite a while now. Did the unplug fix and now it is working. I thought I was a geek and could figure out anything. who'd a thunk it would be so simple! Thanks so much.

Had the same symptoms, no lights, fans, or heat, and the same error code . . .F3H. After calling a serviceman, my wife found your solution. Presto!, the microwave was restored, the kind repairman was amazed and declined to charge a fee for his service call and all is right in our world.

F3H error code on Kenmore Elite microwave.
The fan and light would not work nor would it heat.
I unplugged it for @30 seconds and reinserted plug. All worked again.
