The fridge on my fridge/freezer is not working?

Hotpoint Mistral Frost Free Fridge/Freezer.
My fridge unit is no longer cooling and is currently at +20 (room temperature). The freezer below is working fine, I have reset the temperature setting and switched off the appliance for 5 minutes, but to no avail. Any ideas?

check if evaporator fan is working this is in freezer
compartment back panel if you take the small panel of
which is held on by two screws you will see the fan, this fan circulates the cold air into the fridge,
