My 2001 Renault Clio has no power?

My Clio revs OK at idle, but can only do 70kph. New fuel & air filters, fuel pump, plugs. Starts very easy, idle OK, no missing. Checked cabling & spark plugs to sensors OK.

The Catalytic converter was blocked

Problem was blocked catalytic converter. Caused exhaust manifold to crack, probably due to eccessive heat.
