Why does my Diplomat ADP0320 gas oven go out after about 30 minutes?
When both oven & grill are on for about 30 minutes they often cut out. The clock (LCD display) switches off. The oven starts itself up again if allowed to cool down. This takes about 5 minutes if the doors are opened. The clock must be reset.

you need to have the safety cut out thermostat uprated, its probably set on about 70 degrees, this needs to be at 120 degrees, its located on the outside, above the grill, it looks like a 'watch battery' with 2 wires coming off it. you can probably see it through the vent on top of the grill. hope this helps.

most probably the cooling fan has failed. mines does the same and it is because of the failed fan. does anyone know where i can get a new cooling fan? the fan is easy to change if you can find one!
