my free view box was working fine yesterday but today both the red and green lights are staying on the model is a matsui dvb Tutv1 the power plug has a red light on it which is still on the tv has no picture on the av channels that it used to work on please help

Matsui is a DSG Own Brand so try there technical site www.thetechguys.co.uk. If they can't help and it is over twelve months old then I'd buy an new one as budget boxes aren't with repairing. If it is under twelve months old take it back to Currys or Dixons foir a refund. They can't say that you did not buy it from them because as I said earlier it is their Own Brand.
