Fix Fault Sony K750i

dropped my phone on ground and now i cant get my network its like the phone cant pickup a signal its a sony 750i on o2 pay as you go

the menu navigation button has stopped working and the bottom 3 buttons dont seam to work any idea what could be wrong it was workin ok just stopped and as a result i cant take the key lock off or get ... more

The sound on myu phone is very low, I have it turned up to the maximum. Any ideas how I cant adjust it
