Fix Fault Prestige

my nsm es160 prestige jukebox was playing and then it just stop. i think it needs to be reset i don't know anybody.

my nsm prestige jukebox turntable is running slow i have fitted a new belt how can i fix it

I have a prestige es 160 jukebox it play the records but it seems like its just a speed to slow for the records to sound right. what can i do to fix the issue?
