Fix Fault Advent

Hi my advent AW10 all in one printer will not feed in paper

my printer trys to take paper in but snags it and send it back out

is there any free downloads to add the printer to my advent laptop 7109B thanks

have laptop advent K200 windows vista and am unable to load printer pixma mp150 with disc supplied, it also left prolems on my computer can you help please?
