Fix Fault Jeep

96 grand cherokee jeep,battery died, now when you try to start it the immobiliser light flashes continuously. WILL NOT START

the heater light in the dash only stays on for bout 2 seconds. so the heater plugs not getting enough heat. any ideas what is wrong and how can i fix it
