Where can I get a replacement castor? One has broken and the whole thing now drops to one side. No one appears to keep spares as I have repeatedly searched the web.

I have a Lervia 2400w oil filled radiator and it would appear that the thermostat has gone. I would like to know if there is anywhere that I can purchase a new thermostat.

I have had my lervia oil filled radiator for just over 12 months and now its now working at all. Its stone cold when switched on - only happened today... any ideas please
