Fix Fault Magimix

Hi, my blender brooke aften drivning it too hard. Smoke came out. I opened it and looked for a fuse. I might have found one, but its not removable. What do I do?

The center pin on my Magimix 3000 Cuisine Systeme is worn out how can I replace it
