Fix Fault Nissan

I've recently bought a 2002 elgrande I want the swivel screen next to dash to give me sat nav. Is this possible? As at moment it doesn't do anything

have a Nissan Primera 2002 auto saloon and the nav disc is cracked will a disc from a 2003 /6 be ok for my car
