Fix Fault Thetford

Water etc getting past the waste-holding tank into the compartment below. Cassette blade working ok. I washed compartment out with hose and water flooded floor of van. Please help

Thetford c200cs will not flush after winter lay up - all electric circuits work an fuse ok- is there a dedicated pump ?? Have heard impeller might be stuck - where is it how do you locate it???
