Hi. todaye while i was playing, i noticed that there is a cylindrical wood in my violin! moving, i am sure it is not entered from outside to my violin,so is there sth that is broken in it?

How do I reattach the chin rest?

My violin's chin rest and tailpiece have fallen off, as well as the bridge. It also refuses to tune. Nothing appears broken, they just came off when I removed the strings when I left for college.
