Fan removal?

I need to change the fan unit on my worcester combi boiler 24CDI. At a quick glance there seems to be 3 washer type fixings with rubber bushes .How do i remove the 3 washer type fixings. Thanks

you don't!, is the easy answer. only a qualified corgi engineer can change it for you. and no its not the washer type fixings so LEAVE IT ALONE!!!!
