I have a laptop HP Entertainment Notebook PC the speakers stoped working all of the sudden after downloading some music. I tried troubleshoting and nothing happen i did other things and checked for (MUTE) but it still doesnt work im desperate to get some help!!!! i need my speackers working soon!!!! PLEASE!!! THANKS!!!

Have you checked the drivers under Device Manager? Also if you've downloaded music, then it could be a virus or spyware. Use Spybot Search and Destroy (which is free) and see where that takes you. Alternatively if your device manager has an exclamation mark next to it, run through the process of downloading the drivers, this should jump start it back into life.
