My fridge is now freezing?

I have a Candy CIC320GB integrated fridge freezer (serial no 3424102800230554) For the past few months the back plate in the fridge keeps frosting and freezes items within. The temp control makes no difference as does defrosting the freezer. I keep having to turn it off before my milk freezes. It's already caused a can of fizzy drink to explode. Help!! Candy charge £90 plus for call out alone........

but how does the actual fascia come off to gain access to the PCB. There are no visible screws or fastenings ?

Thank you for your responses... My fridge was never empty so I don't think that was the problem. It is more likely to be the pcb. I did have a week or so of it working normally after xmas but it now looks like its back to freezing things.

www.espares.co.uk can provide the part but they will not give you a price until you have provided them with all the specifics of your fridge freezer.

Tommy would this be a part that I could fit or would I have to get an electrician in?

It seems you dont have enough stuff in your fridge. Mine is doing the same. I have just put in 2 large bottles of water to try it. I hope it works

Hiya, the exact same thing has happened to mine. Have you managed to source a new part and where did you get it from(and price) please.
Thanks
Stewart

The circuit plate (thermostat PCB) is gone.
Its between the fridge and freezer doors on the front behind the panel that holds the temperature knob. It just slides out.
