i've brought a new key for my vectra from my main dealers but they told me ill have to program it, why will i need to program it for? would my car still start if i dont program it?
Yes you will-to match the ECU immobiliser circuit with the key transponder. No it won't start. Dead easy if you follow the instructions in your manual.
