Alpha 240 eco boiler doesn't getting hot enough?

My Alpha 240 eco doesn’t getting hot enough. When DHW or CH are on the boiler lights up and stays on for about 5-8 seconds then turns off for a minute (raf.) and so on… Don’t wanna runs constantly. What could it be???
