My digital camera bought in March 2006 is not working. The battery has been changed but is still the same. Lumicron LDC825Z3

I bought something similar from TESCO, my camera broke in December 2007. No response to email or calls. Tesco will not honour warranty, Lumicron have gone out of business according to Tesco!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
