How can i increase the hot water flow from my Vokera Linea 24?

Low system pressure was causing my upstairs radiators to be cold at the top. I reset the boilr to 1.5 bar and solved that one. BUT now my hot water is running at a trcikle. What can I do?

Sounds silly, but have you got the lever the right way?, if in correct position try disconnecting from boiler to see how much water comes through, obviously taking care due to water loss(use a bucket!)
