Fix Fault Worcester 240

Our LPG boiler suddenly stopped working. I can light the pilot light but it goes out as soon as I let the grey button out. Any suggestions?

My central heating temp is fine but the hot water supply is hardly luke warm after an initial couple of minutes of very hot water. Do I need a new secondary heat exchanger ?
