Hi, I had the same problem. Unplug from the mains. Take off the front kick panel, remove the panel behind that to access the bottom of the machine. Locate the plastic chamber which is attached to the main bowl which has a small flexible tube attached. This chamber is probably blocked with gunk and needs removing and cleaning. Don't forget the o ring when replacing. Takes about half an hour. cheers.
