Dyson CR02 not pumping out water?

Hi, we have a Dyson CR02 that has stopped pumping out water, it says Not Emptying, check coin trap/hose. We've done this and they are fine, however the pump is not making any noise apart from a buzzing (which may be the machine itself anyway). Codes from diagnostics read F2 F5 F10 if that helps. I read on here that it might be a blocked impeller? Question is can I easily service the pump myself to check to see if it is blocked before calling out Dyson?
Thanks in advance.

Excellent, many thanks. Had to get dyson out to change the pump in the end but useful for future reference :-)

Yes this does sound like a blocked/jammed impellor. first drain the machine, then fully remove the coin trap window, followed by the yellow or grey depending on your model right angled cap. Then firmly but carefully pull off the yellow or grey part behind that, i usually grab hold of it with a pair of pliers and give it a tug. You will then see the impellor, usually an elastic band or similler wrapped round it, you may need a pair of long nose pliers to extract the culprit..... good luck
