How do i remove the outer front door on my CR01 washing machine withought breaking anything?there are two grey pieces in the hinges is there a special way to take these out?i do not want to snap or force anything thanks.and please do not tell me to call dyson as i cant afford it and as a mum of two one in cloth nappies i desparatley need my washer working thats why i came on here thanks

i found it there is a gap i slotted a knife in between and slid the door off i could not see the other night under false lighting managed to get the front off and it what i was preying was not the cause of the leaking water but unfortunatley i was right and i have a cracked drum the weight on the front has snapped clean off the plastic drum and left a huge hole in it!!! so now what do i do?if i manage to scrape enough money together and call dyson will i have to pay £85 and and money on top for a new drum?
