no hot water from my boiler?

i have woster 24cdi but no hot water, i have replaced the diapham but still only comes out hot when the tap is on very very low,the heating is working fine can some one give me a clue wot it could be thanks rich

YOU NEED TO SEE IF THE BOILER CUTS OUT WHILE THE WATER IS RUNNING? IF SO CHANCES ARE THAT EITHER THE THERMISTOR OR CALORIFIER NEEDS REPLACING
