How can i fix my cooling sytem for a Ford Contour?

The car is over heating but i changed the termostat and the radiator cap. The anti-freeze is bubbling over the top like it is over heating but my heat gauge does not go over the max amount.

Thanks for the information I hope it is not the head gasket or my car might be hurting :D I will bring it in and get it checked to see. *crosses fingers* plz be something easy and cheap to fix

try taking the stat out and running it to see if that cures the problem if not you either have a duff head gasket or a blockage of somekind
