i have blocked sani-flow toilet, any remidies have tried the fluid to unblock with no luck

An unenviable task this but you need to undo the small bore outlet connection and see if the blockage is at this point - it may be in the pipe itself or in the saniflo unit. If there is nothing to poke clear then the loo has to be disconnected and the unit removed for a thorough wash out...best of luck.
