how do i get power to start run of my sportscraft tx 5.0 rc treadmill? power switch is on and fuse checks good but machine does not have power to the panel nor does it run. What do i do?

its a piece of sh*t. I dont know if my fuse checks okay but mine wont turn on, so IM LOOKING FOR A FUSE to replace it with, and well CANT FIND ONE ANYWHERE!! not even ebay, WTF... know where i can find a 12a fuse for the pice of sh*t tread we bought and wasted money on?? im piss*d.
