how can i fix my cd player?

How can I get my cd out of my 2002 Ford Explorer 6-disc cd player. It kind of just swallowed it and won't give it back. Each time I hit the eject button, I get cd error message. Radio works fine. Also does anyhone know how to get the keycode for keyless entry and inform me how to program. Someone please help. Thanks.

I hit the eject CD button and slide a plastic knife in the CD player. If you look in the player when it's making the eject action, you will see two black clips, spaced about 6 inches apart. Push one down with your knife and the CD will eject quickly! Grab it. Don't have a fix for the problem itself but I'm going to attempt to take it apart this weekend.
