Nissan Cabstar 35.15

Runs fine until fuel gets to 1/4 of a tank then just runs slow, put more fuel in then its fine again.

Had a full service but made no difference.

Is there a lift pump for fuel that's failing? If you open the filler and let air in, does that help? If so, check the vent is clear
