How do I change a fuse in my Fiat Brava 1600 (S Reg) for my heater?

My heater has stopped working (no blowing out at all) whilst I was driving. I have been told to start by checking the fuse.

A good start indeed, bottom of the dashboard, right hand side. If your car has air con its fuse no.5 @ 30 amp - if no air con its fuse no.9 rated at 20 amp.
