My built in oven Zanussi zbf 760 has stopped working but grill still works?

Hi! My built in oven, Zanussi zbf 760 has suddenly stopped working but grill still works. When switched on cold air is released but no heat.Do I have to replace the whole oven or just the element?

the timeswitch may be set to auto instead of manual, this is a common thing that users do, try setting it to manual
