I have a Hammer walk runner, lights come on but no action, this is new but Ive no manual to check, going mad!!! HELP anyone?

I want you to start your treadmill again. This time I want you to start pushing the belt before you start the treadmill.
If your treadmill starts picking up the speed of your push you may have a blown lower board not sending voltage to your motor. You are now the motor. Stop pushing and you should get an error code.
