how can i fix my cd plaer in ford fiesta lx?

the cd in my cd player in my ford fiesta lx will not eject the cd but it still plays how can i fix it?

try to disconnect the battery for a min. or so sometimes this will reset the player and eject the cd. have the player on before disconnecting the batt.
