can you fit new drum bearings to a hotpoint 9536?

Can you please tell me is it possible to fit new drum bearings to a hotpoint 9536 if so how is it done and how do you remove the drum.

Yes

Remove facia, cabinet front, tub front, pulley lock nut, unscrew pulley, remove drum, knock out bearings and seal from tub. Reassemble in reverse order, 20min job
