how did yo get on? - I have the same problem - a totally blank screen

my camera working good is normal but just only the viewfinder is broke cause it fall down from my hand i just need the view finder i can fit it is my own

I have taken mine apart and one of the flexible circuits is completely broken. It cannot be repaired and a new flexible circuit is needed. I'm going to try the service centres, see if they'll sell one.

I read somewhere else on the interweb that US customers were getting the repair for free.
